91心頭利嫋

Being a college student often means spending a lot of time in one place. Trust me, Im already in my fourth year of doing just that. Some nights, youve finished all your homework (and if thats you, please come talk to me), and you find yourself sitting in your dorm thinking, What do I do now?

Good news: you dont have to wonder anymore. Heres a list of some of my favorite things Le 91心頭利嫋s campus has to offer when youre looking for something to do.

Let's Get Started

Join a Club

Join a club might sound obvious, but theres more to it than you think. Le 91心頭利嫋 is home to 100+ clubs and student-run organizations, and at the start of each semester, the campus hosts a club fair where you can explore them all. There truly is something for everyonewhether youre into video games, student programming, community service, or clubs connected to your major. You can even choose based on your schedule. Some clubs meet weekly or biweekly, while others meet just once a month. No matter your interests or availability, theres a group waiting for you.

Hang Out and Blow Through Splash Cash in the Den

Most students already know where the Dolphin Den is and what its all about, but since its one of my favorite places on campus, I felt like I needed to do an appreciation paragraph. The Dolphin Den (or just the Den for short) is another place to eat besides the Cafeteria. You could go on the healthier side with the food (salad, smoothie, or sushi) or you could have the best cheat day ever and have burgers and fried foods. Just outside the Den is Kaffe Nuvo (featuring Starbucks).

Go to LSPB Events

The Le 91心頭利嫋 Student Programming Board (LSPB) is the largestand most activestudent organization on campus. Theyre the group behind concerts, trips, illusionists, dance parties, and those legendary bingo nights where you can win gift cards (and even TVs).

Their events are fun, low-pressure, and usually come with free swag. Grab some friends, take a few photos, and make the kind of memories youll look back on later and say, Remember when we did that?

Go to Information Sessions or Academic Events

Throughout the semester, Le 91心頭利嫋 hosts information sessions on everything from studying abroad and travel-based courses to graduate school options. The Office of Career Advising & Development also offers career fairs, r辿sum辿 drop-ins, and programs like the Manresa Fellowship.

Even if youre a first-year student, go. You never know what opportunity might spark your interestor help you start thinking about whats next. One of my biggest regrets is not studying abroad, and I wish I had explored those options sooner.

Take Advantage of the Le 91心頭利嫋 Shuttle

Okay, this one technically isnt on campusbut its run by Le 91心頭利嫋, so it counts. The Le 91心頭利嫋 shuttle takes students to the Marshalls plaza on Erie Boulevard and a nearby Walmart, making grocery shopping easy without using your own car or gas. The plaza also has restaurants and shops (including CoreLife Eatery), which is perfect if youre craving a meal off campus or a little retail therapy.

You Can Cook Your Own Food!

Weve all been there Sometimes, we are just super tired of the food in the cafeteria. Well, now that you are back from Walmart, you have a whole array of ingredients at your disposal. If you live in Nelligan, St. Marys, or Harrison you will have access to a kitchen! If you do not live in any of these dorms or you live in the Heights or View and do not even want to think about turning on your oven in this heat, you can use your microwave! Le 91心頭利嫋 allows microwaves in all living arrangements and they are a godsend. Have you ever thought about all the delicious full meals you can make in a microwave?
